"We enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay in a lovely completely renovated queen room. Pleasantly surprised with the full kitchen set. Great location. Wonderful beach to swim and collect shells. The pool was clean, good size and refreshing. All amenities are in place so worry free mini vacation. WiFi, large TV, dishwasher, stove, full refrigerator, beach chairs and towels. Assigned parking included. No “resort” fees or other surprises. Exceptional in every way. Thank you Marsha!"

"There were several issues with my stay. The door to my room was very difficult to lock from the outside and this was a security issue. There was no hot water, not even warm. And no hangers in the room so I could not unpack. The bed frame seemed very low quality and was unstable. When I got in or out of bed, the whole thing moved and made a loud creaking noise. As well, the online check-in involved a few steps which I completed but did not receive a code to my room which worried me. Luckily...

"First of all the room smelled bad. They had a ozone air cleaner in room that was very noisy. The ice machine was destroyed on the 3rd floor same as it was during my last stay a few months ago. The fitted sheet doesn't fit right and kept coming undone. No shampoo for the shower bottle was empty. Floor and carpet was very dirty. When walking barefoot your feet became filthy had to keep shoes on in room. Breakfast was not good eggs and sausage was cold had to put in microwave to heat."

"Beautiful hotel!!! The wonderful woman at desk upon arrival Friday night 5/8 upgraded us to a suite - gorgeous. Only complaints were service on rooftop very slow and front desk help rest of time was less than desirable. The two women working Saturday couldn’t be bothered. I was charged twice for stay and had to call to take care of after we left."
