"This hotel was very clean. I watched as staff were constantly cleaning and tidying the inside and outside of the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The AC was working great. We especially appreciated the full breakfast. There was a large variety of breakfast items including eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, juices, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we plan to stay again on our next trip."

"I did not care for the motion sensitive HVAC. When we left the room, the AC shutoff. It was a very hot day and getting and keeping the room at the set temp was not ideal."

"Hotel is nice and what you would expect at a Hyatt. The shuttle service needs to be better organized. I made a reservation for the shuttle to the airport, it seats 12 people. 18-19 people showed up and there was NO questions about who made a reservation. Just people demanding a seat, almost came to blows. Just have a list of who is supposed to be on shuttle at what time."

"The hotel offered an OK experience in terms of what was offered. I booked last-minute on 4th of July weekend and was told that the only available rooms were on the first floor. The bed and bathroom were clean but the carpet smelled like it could use a deep clean or replacement altogether. I definitely wore my slippers AT ALL TIMES while inside. "The room was small but comfortable. The bed was too soft, but that's just me. I prefer a much firmer than average mattress. Having the diner right on site was great. The service was awesome & the breakfast delicious. I'd have no problem staying here again, or even just coming to eat."
