"The actual unit is very nice and very clean! Lots of small appliances and kitchen utensils perfect for use. Everything was clean and organized. Some of the appliances didn't work however. The microwave wasn't working properly. Otherwise everything else i used worked as expected. Check in was a nightmare! The host was very rude and unhelpful. I had to rely on expedia's chat system with Hala Tysons to get my check in information. The website with the checkin information is so poorly developed...

"It's near Dulles and the hotel shuttle can take you, not just to the airport, but to the nearest Washington Metro station. Pretty basic otherwise."

"Hotel is nice and what you would expect at a Hyatt. The shuttle service needs to be better organized. I made a reservation for the shuttle to the airport, it seats 12 people. 18-19 people showed up and there was NO questions about who made a reservation. Just people demanding a seat, almost came to blows. Just have a list of who is supposed to be on shuttle at what time."

"The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city and was exceptionally clean. My kids absolutely loved our stay, especially the rooftop swimming pool, which was the highlight of the trip. The only downside was the $40 per day parking fee for guests. This charge was not clearly disclosed during the booking process. Since most guests are likely to arrive by car, charging such a high daily parking fee at the hotel where you’re staying feels excessive. Greater transparency about this fee during booking would also help guests avoid unexpected costs."
