I did but feel safe in the hotel nor leaving my car in the parking garage. I immediately checked out an hour after arriving the manager was not accommodating in reimbursing my money. There was Hair all over the bathroom floor, sticky stuff on the big table toilet had stains on it and the Toilet paper was almost gone…..it took several request just to get more Toilet paper…Not acceptable! "The property is exactly what you expect a Holiday Inn to be. It’s in good condition and was clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. There is a train fairly close to keep in mind when packing. We bring a small portable fan for white noise and didn’t hear the train when that was on."

Breakfast is plentiful for anyone with choices of hot delights, breads and pastries, cereals, waffles, fruit and juices, plenty of coffee, tea and hot chocolate. You will not go hungry. "Clean rooms, staff was excellent"

"The room stunk of cigarette smoke, the carpet had huge stains and small tears, the outside of the refrigerator had food on it and there was a dirty towel left under the bathroom sink. When I tried to get the attention of the housekeeper, she was on her phone and literally walked past me and waved."

"The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...
