"Stayed here to attend a concert at TQL Stadium. Was very happy with the entire stay. Great location walkable to the stadium and bars/restaurants. The hotel was perfect and classic, with live music on the evening that we stayed. The parking garage is private and less than a block away. Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat."

"This place has potential. It is definitely not a 4 star hotel. They are trying their best. Our room did not have bed bugs which is a win. The toilet in our room did stop working and the door wouldn't lock when we first arrived.
They fixed the door thankfully but the toilet issue was not great. The hotel just needs some sprucing up. "

"The check-in process was not user friendly. The sidewalk in front of the property was torn up and had construction tape all around it. We had to wait for 30 minutes or so outside the place before we could get the check in information to be able to get into our room."

"Everyone was very friendly. It was a packed hotel. The valet was very busy, but very friendly. The valet manager showed us how we could use our phone map for the trolly around town. That saved so much time. We will stay again and definitely recommend!"
"We had a wonderful time at this hotel, even though we weren't there very long and were only in the hotel to sleep. We came to drop our kiddo off at college for the weekend. The hotel is beautiful, it's in a great location and the staff were PHENOMENAL! The only drawback, and it really wasn't that big of an issue... it was really noisy on Saturday night. Motorcycles and cars were loud. The GM has complained to the city, but not sure they can do much about it. I wear earplugs so it did not bother me so much but I could hear it. We were also up on the sixth floor so that helped.
Overall, I would stay here again, and tried to book again this weekend but it's full. Love the staff here most of all!"
