"Overall this hotel is nice and clean. We had to wait for about 15 minutes to get our room key for the cleaning manager to inspect our room. This was an inconvenience. The pool was nice with good seating for adults and always had clean towels available."

"They have issues with getting rooms ready by 4 PM check in. This is my first and last time I will ever stay there. I checked at 1:30 PM to see if my room was ready and it wasn’t, dropped my stuff off came back at 3 PM and still not ready, had to point out to them it was 3:54 PM since they want to say check in is not till 4 PM that’s when they decided to move my room. "The property was undergoing some renovation. The elevators were new and going through some growing pains. Other than that, I cannot say enough good things about the Westin Cincinnati."

"The breakfast buffet was pretty legit, staff was friendly enough, mostly everything was clean, etc. just some minor construction going on but nothing that affected my stay much."

"I want to thank the front desk staff Rayven she was amazing!! We arrived earlier than expected because of an cancelled travel that shifted for earlier than expected. She did everything to make things less stressful and all the staff worked together to ensure the early check in. The room was very nice and clean. Loved the kitchen area equipped which we didn’t use because we were only there for a day attending the Cardi B concert. I will definitely stay here again. "
