"Very well located to great restaurants and easy area to get around."

"Our room had not been cleaned at check-in. We were given a second room that was in worse conditions than the first term. The third room worked like a charm, thankfully. However there were no pillows, blankets or sheets for the pull out sofa bed. We called the front desk and was told that housekeeping was gone for the day. When we called back the next morning we were told those items would be delivered. After an hour we called back again, received an apology and was told someone was on the way....

"Las instalaciones estaban muy bonitas, mejor que mi visita anterior, ls limpieza es deprimente, refrigerador grasoso, alfombra sucia, olia muy bien cuando entre y eso me gustó pero casi para la hora de salida revise debajo de la cama para asegurarme que no se me quedara nada y encontre una jeringa usada y edo me asusto mucho y debajo del sofa de la sala encontre el juguete de una mascota., me decepcionó que en la imagen se veia una cocina con orno cuando hice la reservacion y no era asi."

"Great breakfast selection. Fresh fruits, and freshly cooked omelet. My kids love to stay at Hilton Gardens; they specifically asked to stay here after last year’s stay. They love your omelet! Indeed, other similar hotels didn’t serve it. Will come back again! "

"While the location is great, unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay. The bedroom sheets were on inside out. The towels were dirty and so was the shower curtain. The hallways smelled like wet dog. I could also smell cigarette smoke by my window on the first floor."

"The staff was friendly and the property was in good condition. I enjoyed the gym equipment and the included breakfast was decent. I wasn't a fan of the pillows and bed but that's a personal preference so my only real complaint was that our mini fridge was unusable due to mold. We were only there one night so I informed the front desk staff when we checked out. She said she would let housekeeping know to clean it. "

"pool not open. Air conditioning was too cold. The first room they offered us was so mildewed the lampshades had black stains. The base of the lamps were rusting. The entire room was. covered inn cigarette smoke film. The. next room was occupied by someone else. In the last room we found a huge lint ball on the floor. TV did work. Could not call front desk since the phone was dead. The clock and lamp on the bedside table were not connected to the one socket since the extension cord was 4...

"Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!"

"There was plenty of parking. The breakfast was the usual continental breakfast. It seemed pretty good. The only things I didn’t like was our room smelled musty and sour. Also, the shower curtain needs to be replaced. There were some rips on it. "

"This is a classic property in Williamsburg VA. The property is well maintained with loads of old world charm. The restaurant on the property is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. "

The staff were nice. I save the best part for last you can have your room clean everyday. I love this. We stayed 5 days. it was a great stay. "
