"I had an early morning flight so I stayed overnight because of the close proximity to O'Hare and the free shuttle. The staff was very kind, patient and welcoming. The front desk is staffed 24 hours. To use the shuttle, go to the lobby with all of your luggage 30 minutes before you need to be at the airport. The driver will be paged and helps you load your bags onto the shuttle. You share it with other local hotels so you will probably make stops along the way and go to different terminals to...
