"This was a disappointing hotel. While the suite was spacious, the whole building smelled like dirty laundry or unwashed people, including our room. There were lots of stains on the carpet both inside and outside of the suite, and I suspect it is the source of the smell. The large stain outside the door of our room set the tone for the interior. "The room wasn’t cleaned at all the whole time we were there we were rationed towels only given 2 even though I booked a room for 3 people not once did they ever come in and atleast empty trash and refill toilet paper never have I stayed at a hotel where you had to go down and ask for clean towels and empty your own waste baskets"

"Property seemed fairly new. Very clean. Breakfast had a good variety. Seemed to be in a very noisy neighborhood for barking dogs and traffic, even for early Sunday morning. "

The hotel was sold with groups of preteen and teen girls who were uncontrollably running on all floors of the building and threw all of the staircases. Our 10 year old had a state competition that she needed to wake up for at 5 AM. "It was a really nice place if you were looking for a place that has a refrigerator stove and a microwave and it was only 10 minutes away from the venue that I needed it to be at which was a great convenience for me and it was only 10 minutes away from any mall of food place that I needed it to be. I would choose it anytime I was gonna stay in Richmond, Virginia."

"only really giving a 2 star cause they were understanding when i cancelled our second stay. however, the room we stayed in was horribly gross, and even though it was one of the smoking rooms the condition could have been A LOT better. there were something of burn holes in the coned cover and the bed felt like laying on cardboard. it was a plus that there were no bed bugs… but that’s about all i could say. i would not stay here again and would not recommend staying here. we were in the rear part...

"Beds had springs but that's it. So so uncomfortable loud to even with on. The pillows? Seem d like we were sleeping on pillow cases without a pillow in it. Had an awful sleep. There was a Huge ball of ???? Sick fuzz or dryer lint and leaves in our bed sheets kind of grossed out the kids. We slept with clothing on. Left because th breakfast the next morning was the option of two cereals or a loaf of white bread."
