"I’ve never stayed in such a terrible hotel! The walls and floors outside the room were filthy, and the floor inside the room was dirty too — only the bed was clean. Small cockroaches would crawl out from time to time! I even had to spend my own money to buy cockroach spray and place it around the room. "We booked 3 rooms for 6 adults just for one night at the Hyatt over the weekend. Overall, wonderful experience. Great location. The hotel looks very new or newly renovated. The rooms were clean, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint we have was that the breakfast food wasn't good. Scrambled eggs, sausages, and breadsticks were all over cooked or tasted weird. Otherwise, the hotel is perfect. "
