"We were here for just one night for a graduation. I thought the price of the room was exorbitant for a Holiday Inn Express, but beggars can't be choosy. Room was comfortable, parking was fine, location great for what we stayed for. Breakfast was the usual tasty buffet Hotel is non-smoking, but smelled the "skunk" smell (Marijuana) in 3rd floor hallway. I personally don't care that people smoke, but think of the lingering odor in the room. Inconsiderate."

"Bathroom Sink was leaking underneath. Surprise Wet socks after using the sink. We advised the first day. Used a towel underneath to try and mitigate."

"This place was all about the location and we enjoyed a festive Friday in Phoenixville. Everything was clean though not the most updated. Very tight room but a decent place to lay your head."

Had to use a towel as a floor mat by shower. Asked for a washcloth and more towels. Got 2 more towels but was told they don't have washcloths. A lamp was the bath light which left us with little light and only 1 plug in bathroom. The tub was seperate but had a distinct dirty ring in it, so we didn't use it. The walls...
