"Requested a handicap room, did not get one. Husband fell in the tub since there was nothing to hang on to and the matt slipped. Even the house keeper could not put anything to avoid the slipping mat. When requesting a handicap room after the accident was again refused, so we checked out early and thank God our son in law and grandson were available to help us check out. The clerk at the desk acted glad to have us go."

"Everything was excellent from check in to check out. The room was beautiful and beds comfortable. It was a short overnight stay but very refreshing!!! "The pictures are deceiving. This is a FILTHY place and management is terrible. I booked for 2 nights. I checked in and gave me my room key. I went in the room and it was filthy dirty. I went back to the office to let then know. They gave me another room which was also as filthy dirt as the 1st one. This one had a musty order. The parking space was full of cigarettes butts. I had asked for a non-smoking room. I went back to the office and asked for a refund which he agreed. Since I had booked...
