"Had the kitchen sink leak underneath and called front desk. They sent someone up to fix and it didn't take long. Tip I learned from friend, always flush the toilet and check plumbing before unpacking in case you need to change rooms. Everything in the hotel was as expected according the pictures. Pull out sofa bed made 5 fit comfortably in the room. 10-15 mins away from Diane's bath and Echo lake. Right nearby Outlets."

"Beautiful setting at the foot of a granite cliff. Also operates as a golf course clubhouse, and offers a free 9 holes with the room. Dining room has a great view and has a country club feel. Nice property and well appointed rooms with tasteful furnishings."

On nous a vendu "des petites viennoiseries et café" pour déjeuner, mais il n'y avait rien. Il n'y avait pas de personnel sur place, la réception était fermée pour toute la durée de notre séjour. Très déçus, car notre première visite à cet endroit avait été bonne, mais nous n'y retournerons pas après cette deuxième expérience."

"We had a great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is beautiful and feels brand new. The restaurant had great drinks and amazing views, which made for a wonderful experience. The only area that could use some improvement was the cleanliness of one of our bathrooms and the floors, which needed a bit more attention. I really appreciated that slippers were provided. Adding robes would be a nice touch and would complement the slippers nicely, making the stay feel...

"This was our first trip to Storyland with our children (4 and 1). The Inn and More was the perfect place for us. The room was super clean, the pool was pristine, and the playgrounds and river access were perfect for the kids. We ordered takeout and ate dinners on the picnic tables by the playground which was very convenient. There was a pack n play with sheets and an extra blanket ready for us in the room when we arrived. The lounge was fully stocked with snacks and games for the whole family....
