"Had bed bugs left itching, unable to sleep properly, sash window was broken so couldn’t close it. Breakfast was over priced. Paid for a large single bedroom but was told only one size paid £250+ for two nights and breakfast, to see on the form it showed £58 per night won’t be booking again through Expedia complete rip off"

"Room very dated and smelt like an old people’s home. Couldn’t open the windows. However it was spotlessly clean and the bedding & towels good. The staff weren’t around on arrival & a cleaner tried to check me in. There was a wedding party so guess that might have been why but not great service. On check out a similar scenario- no one at reception & a man just said you’ll have to wait for receptionist to return. I had several messages from the hotel telling me I would need to pay for parking....

"We found the interior of the hotel quite worn in places, particularly the lifts, which felt small and rather rickety. We stayed in a family annex room, and unfortunately the bedroom also felt quite tired and had a noticeable chlorine-like smell. From the photos online, we had expected the hotel to feel much more luxurious and plush, so the reality didn’t quite live up to our expectations. "The hotel was rat old fashioned in that was still much of the original wooden staircase etc but it was clean and the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and well lit. The only downside of our one night stay was the fact that altogether it generated 23 emails either from Expedia itself or from the hotel which was tiresome."

"Welcoming was good The breakfast was really good , just needs more cleaning done around the hotel and rooms. some of the stuff was helpful and ok. This place have 2 swimming pools 1 inside and 1 outdoor . Sauna it’s a small room . But ok. A beautiful sea view ."
