"In general it was good, clean and staff very nice. Breakfast simple, is a continental breakfast, you get full. I don't smoke and I noticed people smoked inside of the property. My view was parking view wirh partial mountain. Bathroom very nice, room confortable. Is no closet, where you hang clothes is limited just for few items. Winter jackets to be hang is difficult due the low height. Furnitue old but is a cute property."

"The hotel is nicely located in the mountains in a great scenery. The restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful. However, we’re disappointed by a few things : the spa access is only 1 pm to 7 pm, which is probably ok in the winter but in the summer, I would expect a longer time frame. The person at the front desk is barely polite towards customers. Except for the restaurant staff, we didn’t feel warmly welcome as it should be in such a place. "Lovely rooms but not huge. We took a superior double which was lovely but a little cosy. The food was amazing. Especially dinner. The staff were very friendly. We had a shuttle that took us to the slopes. Took 3 minutes but saved a 15 minute walk. They sadly didn’t tell us last pick up was 4:45 so when we called at 5pm, they were very apologetic but said we had to take the bus. The beds were a little hard but when I asked for a topper, they put one on and that fixed that. I can’t fault...
