"Staff was rude you had staff yelling at a guest who was checking out for not mopping his floor before he left. We were in room 108 I had to ask for towels and toilet paper. The receptionist said he’d bring it right over house keeping don’t work on weekends. 4 hours later I had to request toilet paper and towels again we finally received them 30 minutes later "

If you’re looking for a relaxing 5 star experience this isn’t the place. Close to lots of restaurants within walking distance, brightly lit parking and courteous staff. "

"Breakfast and parking great! Big issue with check out and check in. The front desk did not charge for incidentals during checkin, however, during checkout, the front desk charged the fee of $100.00. This charge was never discussed until check out! This after staying there for 7 days! Complete Negligence by this property?"

"Oasis restaurant states they close at 9pm, I also double checked with the front desk. we ordered after 8pm, attempted to order additionally at 8:22pm, bartender said the kitchen closed. Didn’t want to argue, since we had to rush to find food near by. Considering it was Friday night, it took 40 minutes to get food back to the room. "

"Fire watch warning, visible smoke damage, fallen ceiling tiles with a water leak. We left the hotel and requested a refund but the hotel did not respond so, no refund. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL."

"The owners were very nice and accommodating. The ice machine was out of service, but they gave me ice from theirs whenever I asked. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. While they don’t have breakfast, there’s a coffee and juice machine. The location is great. "
