"Very charming property! The host, Carmen, was lovely and she was very organized and very helpful. You will need a vehicle if you choose to stay here. We chose to stay here because we thought it would be quiet. Unfortunately, at around 6:30am some guests were walking around and speaking loudly as if they were in their own home. There was also construction going on directly outside our window at 7am. We would give it another try if we were in Catanzaro again."

"Come scritto da altri utenti, le stanze sono datate ma comunque confortevoli, spaziose e pulite. In compenso l'esterno è bellissimo, curato, panoramico, bucolico. Colazione e cena molto buone, curate in ogni dettaglio, personale delizioso pronto a prodigarsi per gli ospiti. Torte e altri dolci fatti in casa per la colazione, cena con portate molto buone"

"Esperienza sicuramente molto positiva. Il punto forte del soggiorno è stata l'animazione. I tanti ragazzi dell'animazione sono carinissimi, sempre coinvolgenti e con grande voglia. Un grazie particolare ad Antonio , Simone, Riccardino, Michelle, Kato (il maestro del fuoco, le sue esibizioni sono uno spettacolo), Ciccio e Tommaso, solo per citarne alcuni. "Beautiful apartment type hotel in a lovely 100 years old building. The location was central to everything in the historic district. The apartment was spotless. Salvatore was fantastic in keeping in communication with us. Any time we had a question, he answered our texts within minutes. "

"Convenient place to stay , food in the restaurant was great , fresh cooked . Right across a street there is a nice cafeteria with fresh pastries and coffee. Hotel is close to center ."

"We have contacted the property to upgrade the booking as we realised we booked room without A/C and towels provided by mistake. We got "an upgrade" to apartment. Big garden outside and a pool are there to mask the reality of how the property looks inside. Apartment was full of ants, dirty dished in the kitchen, missing toilet seat, broked door handle, paint falling of the walls. Poll was dirty and had a dead lizard in it for days. There was sprinklers overwatering the garden all day and one day...
