"First impressions from the outside were not great as it really doesn’t look like the pictures and is very weathered. Staff were fantastic as was the breakfast. Room had everything we needed, however shower leaked below barrier onto floor and the soap trays were not very clean which was a bit off putting. "We booked two rooms - one of which hadn't been cleaned on arrival but staff were very helpful and quick to sort an alternative room. Rooms are run down unfortunately and could do with some TLC in places. But the rooms are a really good size so as a large family across two rooms we didn't feel cramped. Car park is chargeable which doesn't guarantee you a space in there. We wne to out to find the car park very full despite having already paid so just something to be mindful of. Booked through...

"Lovely , clean , large room . Very comfortable bed . In a really nice area . Lots of shops , bars and restaurants close by and close to the promenade. A short walk to the Lowry which is where we went . Thoroughly recommended, will definitely stay again ."
