Hotel Spa di Boston

"I guess it will never change . I stay at Encore Boston Harbor a dozen times per year and while the rooms and choice of restaurants are great, if this hotel would not have a casino and actually compete with other 5 star hotels they would fail miserably. I am a VIP member of Expedia which comes with certain privileges at this hotel. "We stayed at the property for 2 nights. We stayed on the second floor. We got excited at first because the room was pretty nice, the furniture and the bathroom were brand new. However, our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. We called the front desk and the housekeeping, and they didn't do anything. So we had the same towels for 2 nights. The restaurant was booked for parties on both nights, so we couldn't use it. The worst part was the second night of our stay. The party and the music...
