Good location if you have a car as there is parking. Several restaurants in the area. Can walk to wine museum. A bit of a walk to street car but doable. We took it once to get into town. Hotel was very nice. Bed comfortable. Coffee machine in room. .

Room was nice and clean. Gym was well equipped. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Fridge was rubbish didnt really get anything cold enough. Air con was good enough but could do with being lower than 19c.

We loved the location, access to the tram, the view, the spacious bedroom and bathroom and separate toilet. We used the coffee machine and fridge daily. We enjoyed the amenities. We extended our stay because we enjoyed Bordeaux so much and we were so comfortable at the hotel. Aurelio was extremely helpful during checkin, when dealing with consecutive bookings in different names and when extending our stay. He went above and beyond so that we didn’t have to change rooms.

Prestations en dessous de ce qu'on attend d'un Radisson Blu. Point négatif sur la propreté et sur le fait d'avoir un lit double avec une couverture pour lit simple (1 personne dans la chambre). Le reste est correcte. 5 étoiles pour l'accueil.
