Cheap overnight stay with dogs

Cheap place to stay just around the main drag of Bordeaux. Really an over night stop, not much around for food/drink so be prepared to drive or UBER eats delivery. Basic and cheap but clean and the young man who was sometimes at the desk (not manned 24/7) was friendly and helpful.

Not impressed

Disappointed that on arrival had to pay again for the room even though i confirmed i had a receipt for payment in advance. Also the reception was unmanned midday and could not gain access. Lucky it was not raining! Really basic room.

Not a good service

We received our room outside hand soap and towels. We didn’t had hand towels or face towels we were 4 and didn’t have enough towels. I told the person at the reception and he told us I will being it to your room. But we when to visit and when we got back the person was gone and no soap or towels.

Nous avons été très bien reçus, je n’ai pas pu réservé une chambre avec du café et impossible d’en prendre une car le ménage n'était pas fait. Le gardien nous a gentiment offerts nos cafés en arrivant. J’ai trouvé ça très professionnel.

Ne pas oublier de penser à la satisfaction client

Notre arrivée a été compliqué. La borne pour s'enregistrer et récupérer notre numéro et code de chambre voulais nous faire payer la totalité de notre réservation, alors que j'avais déjà payé sur le site internet, et la personne que nous avons eu par téléphone n'a pas été agréable et n'a pas réglé notre problème. On a attendu mais personne n'est arrivé nous ouvrir. Du coup nous avons de nous appeler à la borne, et cette fois la personne que nous avons eu a fait ce qu'il fallait, on a fait les manipulation et cette fois il ne restait plus que la taxe de séjour de 2€88 à payer. Nous avons reçu un numéro de chambre et un code sur la borne. Chambre 14 avec le code. Nous sommes arrivés devant la chambre 14. Mais ça ne voulais pas s'ouvrir. Donc par acquis de conscience nous avons regardé sur le mail que nous avons reçu avec le numéro de chambre et code, et le numéro de chambre n'était pas le même que celui de la borne. Donc clairement nous avons déjà eu un gros appriori sur le séjour. Ensuite le soir en revenant nous avons pris un chocolat et des choses à manger au distributeur automatique. Un des articles n'est pas tombé. Du coup 1€88 je crois, dépensé pour rien. C'est un peu énervant. Mais à l'heure qu'il était nous n'avons pas voulu appeler la personne de garde. Et le matin nous n'avons pas repensé à poser la question. Sinon la chambre était propre et agréable.
