I had a lot of questions prior to renting due to me being out of state and not able to see property prior to renting it for my brother who needed a place to stay until his apartment was ready. The front desk clerk that I spoke with was very open to answering my questions. Stay was a month for my brother. He had no complaints. He said he stay there again. "

"Span call to room saying the computers went down and needed credit card information. Clerk did not know how they could have called rooms. there were at least two different rooms called. Did not give information and went downstairs."

"This was a great hotel with a great staff. I’d say the only part that wasn’t the best is one elevator. It was busy and sometimes you would wait a bit. Other than that great! Its accessibility to really nice restaurants was amazing. They’re all around you right next to it is one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever been to very nice interior. The food was delicious but they had restaurants everywhere and you could walk. Very much an upside when you’ve been driving all day!!"

"Not impressed at all. Decided to stay due to price and rating, have no idea how it was rated so high. You check in at Holiday Inn Express, it's in a separate building in the back. Definitely NOT handicap friendly. Old and decrepit. Some kind of tomato sauce on main comforter. My suggestion is don't stay here unless you don't care. Only positives, bed was super comfortable and stay quiet for the most part. "
