Lets start off by saying, we checked in at 3:15 and had to wait in the car until 4 pm to get a room aftwr i went back in about a room, my childre where tired. Then do to the upstairs people who slept during the day and was awake all night ( I think they are permant resident) they stayed up all night, walked so hard, bounced a ball all night, then had company over , after two nights we had to find a different hotel for our family. They would not give us any paper that we rented the room or that we checked out. We paid for everything threw the app, but when we got to the location, we had to pay a additional 50$. Then the office was never open unless you rand the door bell and waited for them to open the doors. It was very cold out at the time. Also no maid service unless you ask for it. They are very rude to customers. They also will not pick the phone up , we asked for a refund or different room because for two nights none of us got any sleep. We booked the room for 5 days and had to leave on the second night. They refused to refund us or partially for all of this. I would definitely recommend looking for a difference location.
