"Only a short walk to the kelpies, which is great. Close to walk or short drive somewhere for something to eat. The hotel was lovely and clean and staff were really helpful and polite. The room was lovely and spacious, the beds were comfy and had a lovely shower in the morning. Tea and coffee facilities provided in the room. Despite being in a built up area, it was quiet. "A wonderful hotel! As soon as you step inside the lobby, it feels cozy and warm… and the smell is beautiful. The customer service was extremely friendly and the rooms were clean and comfy. The town of Queensferry is very quaint with a number of nice restaurants and pubs but is about a 15 min walk. Theres very little in the immediate vicinity of the hotel but you really dont need it as the hotel has a nice restaurant and everything you need. I’d highly recommend"

"We only stayed at the Richmond Park Hotel for one night as we were meeting other family members to do the Bo’ness & Kinneil steam train trip. The hotel is lovely with welcoming efficient staff. The copper kiln bar & restaurant is cosy and there is an outside area with picnic tables and chairs for summers evenings. We stayed in a superior king room & it was spacious and very comfortable, Bar & food prices are very reasonable and we had an excellent stay. Highly recommend! "

"Really loved the spa and the property. Food was good. Only thing is the lake on the property was full of trash, probably not the hotels fault but if it's their property it is something to be addressed since there was water life living in the habitat. "
