"The staff was very nice. Our room was advertised as a lake view which looked pretty in the ad. But our view was more that of a holding area for lake water. It definitely was not pretty. The room was right next to the street and the road noise was audible. The AC is locked to go no lower than 23C and it felt warmer. They lent me a fan but it did not work. The room had a bit of an unpleasant smell. Location was great."

"When I checked in, I reported a very bad odor in my room and requested a room change. That was denied because I was told the hotel was fully booked. No remedy was offered and nobody from the hotel investigated. This made me assume they already knew there was a problem. I turned off the air conditioning since that seemed to be the source of the odor. Unfortunately, the temperature was in the 90's. The window couldn't be opened to allow fresh air. "Room was clean and a/c worked well. Breakfast was very good. Staff helped answer questions briefly. Parking included which was great. Ten minute walk to bus and then an 8minute bus ride to get down to city which was ok."

"Room is small but clean and functional. Close/walking distance to everything. Right around the corner from the train station. (If you’re a light sleeper you might hear the train at night). I’d stay again."

"The staff was very helpful, the location is 20-15 minutes walking distance to core. There is AC in the rooms, if its still warm they will bring fans. The front desk is great and they care. This place has wifi, kitchen to store your stuff etc. A place for international travellers to feel comfortable."
