Very fun property with several rooms having their own heated plunge pool. The staff are attentive and great, including at the pool bars. Great buffet breakfast and definitely want to call out the fantastic travel agency team. Extremely professional, attentive and friendly. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend this place as the best option in Bonito.

A wonderful place to stay in Bonito! We stayed in an apartment with private pool and had a great week. The staff was very friendly and the service was good. The breakfast had an incredibly wide choice. Definitely recommended to stay in Bonito!

We had an amazing time at the Pousada Arte da Natureza. The staff is really friendly, and all amenities are super clean. There is a travel agency inside the hotel where you can book all tours - it's very convenient. I highly recommend this place.

Mosquitos

Room was fairly comfortable. Nice pools if you are someone who likes to lounge around in pools (more lounging style than swimming, at least for adults). There are 3 levels of 'standard' rooms, and the top level of standard is across the road with more immediate access to a nicer pool area. Above basic are some rooms with their own 'private' pool which can be seen from ground level and are for lounging in some water rather than swimming. We were in the top level of standard rooms. The rooms were quite small but nice beds. Not much air flow - with doors closed the CO2 levels went above 1000ppb, which translates to the air quality was fairly mediocre, although improved to around 800ppb with toilet extractor fan running. A lot of mosquitos around unfortunately, and keep your door even a crack open will invite frequent flying guests. Lunch/dinner is in outdoor restaurant, with no option to sit indoors in breakfast area, hence you'll need mosquito repellent to enjoy a meal (we visited another hotel for a dinner that had no insects at all, because it had more breeze I guess). There is a small games arcade with free games. Table football, ping pong, pool, massage chairs, a few arcade machines - that was a big plus point. Cleaning staff are a little overenthusiastic in what they throw away (such as plastic bags). Finally the hotel is not at all eco friendly. Towels are immediately replaced even when hanging on a rack, toilet uses massive amounts of water etc.

Really nice place to stay in Bonito, rooms are nice but all the outside areas, pools and hot tubs are nicer! The breakfast buffet is huge and varied and we loved the free coffee and tea in the lobby. The restaurants on site are high quality, better than what we had in town.

Very beautiful hotel, very polite and attentive staff, the only problem with the hotel is the lack of maintenance in some small problems in the rooms and the lack of care with the pool which, by the way, the hotel has beautiful pools but not very attractive to want to come in and swim, the water is always kind of cloudy.

We hadden een kamer geboekt met zwembadzicht (zoals ze hier allemaal beschreven zijn), maar kregen een kamer met uitzicht op het dak van de bar. Als we dit aanhaalden, zeiden ze dat dit niet vermeld stond, van zodra ze dit toonden, wouden ze er nog steeds geen werk van maken om een andere kamer te geven. Waarom krijgen andere mensen dan een betere kamer? Misschien moeten jullie de kamerverdeling/prijzen dan beter zetten. Na lang gediscussieerd te hebben kregen we dan een andere kamer, dit heeft 6 uren geduurd, waardoor wij zolang ook niet konden zwemmen. Om zogezegd een “luxe” hotel te zijn kan de verzorging veel beter, het zwembad is vuil en de kamers worden maar matig gepoetst. Er is maar 1 personeelslid die Engels spreekt. Al bij al, heel duur voor de service en hotel. Ik zou het niet aanraden en een pousada nemen als je activiteiten wilt doen in Bonito

A pousada é maravilhosa! Ficamos em uma suíte com piscina privativa e o quarto é bem amplo (só senti falta de um espelho de aumento para maquiagem). As piscinas são excelentes e todas aquecidas. O grande destaque vai para as hidromassagens, especialmente a de vidro transparente, que é belíssima. O café da manhã é super variado, com produtos locais de excelente qualidade. Toda a equipe é muito atenciosa. Como nosso carro é híbrido, notamos a falta de um carregador elétrico, mas ao comentarmos que tínhamos um carregador portátil, eles providenciaram de imediato uma tomada aterrada para usarmos. Resumindo: nota 10/10!
