Pousada agradável, com funcionários atenciosos e dispostos. O quarto é bom (com ar-condicionado e ventilador de teto), porém o banheiro é extremamente pequeno e apertado. Um pouco distante do centrinho da cidade, o que leva cerca de 10 a 15 minutos de caminhada, mas o caminho é tranquilo e seguro, e por ser afastada a área é bastante tranquila e calma, sem barulho por perto, é possível desfrutar apenas do som da natureza. Café da manhã muito gostoso, com pães, frios, frutas e bolos, bem completo.

despreparo para receber clientes !

Foi acordado duas vezes uma no segundo dia e a outra no último, Por uma talhadeira pneumatica e uma serra circular. Arrumando o piso na frente da minha janela. Duas recepcionistas não fizeram nada pra minimizar o desconforto, apenas disseram que eles levariam uma bronca... como se isso fosse resolver o problema. Um dia depois tudo se repetiu Uma aarrumação de quarto em 4 dias. Atendentes despreparadas, e claramente sem instruções de como gerenciar um hotel. Cafe da manhã simples. Porém o bolo de cenoura esta espetacular! Não recomendo!

Apartamento 131: Ducha não permitiu regulagem de temperatura da água (muito quente ou fria); Não tem luz sobre o espelho do banheiro; piso do boxe do banho inunda; TV instalada em posição onde reflete a luz da lâmpada do teto (= luz do ventilador de teto), impedindo ver TV; Café da manhã decepcionante, não tinha água potável (só de torneira) nem gelo; sucos feitos com água de torneira (Bonito possui água bem salobra/região calcária), frutas: apenas mamão e melão, pouca variedade de opções (só bolos foram ofertados de vários sabores), no restante deixo muito a desejar.
