"I've stayed at the Proximity Apartments before and have always been happy. The apartment we were offered this time did not face the Ocean but the water could be seen if you turned your head sideways when leaning on the balcony rail....:) Overall we were very happy with our stay and would stay at these apartments again. "The garden view apartment had everything we needed, including a bonus spa bath on the balcony and a sea view that I wasn’t expecting. The lounge was big enough for one kid on the couch and one on the extra bed ($35 per night). The main bed was comfy and the apartment was clean and air conditioned. Screen only between main bedroom and lounge. A few minor items needed to be replaced (broken toaster, fridge that freezes everything or nothing, aged bath tap and plug, paint in the main bedroom)...
