Centrally located and friendly staff

Centrally located and friendly staff. The building is very old, but this gives it charm. The only things we did not like were that the beds were very uncomfortable and the maid came into the room even though we had the "Do Not Disturb" sign out. Other than that, we enjoyed our short stay.

Accoglienza fredda, Spa non sempre funzionante perché, a dire del titolare, non c'era richiesta, nonostante fosse compresa nel prezzo. Pertanto non ho potuto usufruire della Spa pur essendo compresa nel prezzo, che è alto per il solo trattamento in B&B. Se la Spa è funzionante lo deve essere indipendentemente da quante persone ci sono: se c'è nel servizio e nel prezzo che viene offerto, DEVE ESSERE ACCESSIBILE.

My family had a very satisfying stay. The 3-bed room was spacious with very modern interior and equipment, and had a balcony facing to a quiet street with many trees. The staff was nice and helpful in all respects - the receptionist even allowed my daughter to play with his little dog. The breakfast buffet offered a large selection of good food and different varieties of coffees and teas. One little downside was the distance to city center: One needs to take a bus. But the bus stop was less than 5 minutes away.

Poctivě provozovaný hotel

Příjemný, čistý hotel v klidné lokalitě Bolzana s úžasně sympatickým majitelem. Výborná večeře sestávající ze 4 chodů, snídaně přes zdánlivou skromnost je dostačující a každý si vybere. Do centra se dá jít krásnou cestou podél vinic, která trvá cca 20 minut. Též je to dobrý výchozí bod pro horskou turistiku.

Kein Grund zu klagen

Für einen kurzen dienstlichen Aufenthalt war alles gut, ohne irgendein Problem. Wenn ich an einen Urlaub mit Familie denke, wäre es nichts für mich. Das Hotel ist nicht so gut ans Stadtzentrum angeschlossen. Alleine kann mann super laufen, muss man aber wollen. Ansonsten war alles zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Ein gutes Mittelklasse-Hotel.

Das Frühstücks-Büfet war mittelmäßig aber ausreichend. Der Zimmerservice war super. Die ankündigung das man das W-Lan überall im Hotel benutzen kann ist übertrieben, die Verbindung ins W-Lan war nur in der Nähe der Rezeption möglich. Das Abendmenue war gut bis sehr gut.

Hotel Chrys:Abseits, aber gut erreichbar

Knapp 200 m von einer Bushaltestelle (Drusus 7) ist das Hotel im Westen von Bozen auch für Bahnreisende mit der Buslinie 8 ohne Probleme erreichbar. Mit der Mobilcard (im Tourismusbüro am Waltherplatz erhältlich) kann man alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in Bozen (auch die Seilbahnen nach Jenesien und auf den Ritten) und ganz Südtirol benützen. Unser Zimmer - ein paar Quadratmeter mehr wären angenehm - war neu renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat unseren Ansprüchen voll genügt. Einzig der fleckige Teppichboden - vor allem im Buffet-Bereich - stört den Gesamteindruck. Wer noch Lust hat auf einen kurzen abendlichen Spaziergang, muß nicht weit gehen, dann befindet er sich mitten in Obst- und Weingärten. Noch ein Tip: Wer in der Nähe abends noch gut italienisch essen will, sollte ins "La Grolla" an der Bushaltestelle reinschauen.

Lage

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Zone und ist zirka 3 Kilometer von der Altstadt entfernt. Nachfrage über die Gehzeit zur Altstadt an der Reception kommt eine salope Antwort, 20 Minuten! ... gilt nur für Läufer. Für einen gemütlichen Fussmarsch ist eine Stunde zu planen.

Gut fuer den Kurzaufenthalt

Das Hotel ist sauber, gut gefuehrt, freundliches Personal - wir fuehlten unser Preis/Leistungsverhaeltnis war voll erfuellt. Das Hotel hat einen grossen Parkplatz, der ist aber auch notwendig, waerend unser 3 Naechte besuch im Hotel war das Hotel an zweien dieser Naechte durch Busse auf der Durchreise gebucht. Das fuehrt leider am Morgen zu einer nicht geringen Geraeuschbelaestigung fuer die Zimmer die zum Hof / Parkplatz gehen.. Fuer unseren kurzen Aufenthalt kein grosses Problem, wir hatten einiges vor, aber wenn man ausschlafen will nicht der richtige Ort (oder man hat ein Zimmer zur anderen Seite). Als Hotel fuer einen zwischenstop auf der Reise fuer ein paar naechte aber kein problem. Speisen - wir hatten nur Fruehstueck gebucht, das war gut. kein problem hier. Bei unserer Ankunft hatten wir nach einem Restaurant in der Naehe gefragt, die Empfehlungen des Hotels hatten wir nicht folgen koennen, die waren dann noch mehr in richtung 'snackbar'.. Nach insgesamt ca. 20 minuten fussweg ist man in bozen zentrum mit reichlich restauruant aller guete und preislagen.
