Just basic and clean but the noise in the garden..

This hotel is basic for a short stay. The room is clean and the concierge workers are friendly and nice. My only complaint is that I was in room 102, right by the garden in the back and some boys were staying there late at night, making a lot of noise. It disturbed my sleep a lot. I told the concierge but he doesn’t seem to be able to do anything about it. So for future guests, do not let them put you in any room that is near the garden. That was a terrible experience for me. If I could speak Italian, I would have yelled at those loud boys. That is how bad it was.

Good for the price

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The accommodations were good for the price I paid. However, my room was right by the courtyard so I could not fall asleep/was woken up by the sound of other hotel guests loudly playing music, yelling, or moving the outdoor furniture. The noise continued until 1:30 in the morning all three nights I stayed there.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Friendly and helpful stuff. Only problem was rescheduling the stay, our flight got delayed so I tried to change check in date to the next day and unfortunately hotel management wasn’t helpful with this at all, their excuse was that I booked through Expedia app so they couldn’t change the dates, but Expedia notified me that only hotel could make changes to the stay, so both parties blamed each other. Also I did not get a refund for it, even though I notified them in advance about the situation. So I ended up staying there for 1 night but paid for two which was disappointing. Other than this stuff was very nice and helpful with the stay and it’s a decent hotel for a one night stay.

Le camere sono estremamente spartane, tuttavia spaziose e pulite. Pur affacciandosi su già San Vitale non siamo stati disturbati dal rumore della strada. A pochi passi dalle due torri. Posizione ottimale e accoglienza meritano menzione.

hotel in centro con un bellissimo giardino e personale estremamente cortese e disponibile ad aiutarmi in ogni cosa. Hanno trasformato il mio soggiorno rendendolo piacevole. Sono venuta a bologna per una visita medica e dall' hotel sono arrivata all'ospedale a piedi in meno di dieci minuti. Prima però mi sono concessa una spettacolare colazione nella pasticceria più fornita che io abbia mai visto che guardacaso è attaccata all'hotel. La camera era pulita e non c'erano rumori dall'esterno. Il bagno della mia camera era appena rifatto. La prossima volta torno qui

La camera davanti al giardinetto molto bene. Camera spaziosa, mancherebbe una sedia in più. Il bagno piccolo ma ma sufficiente, faccio notare la mancanza di appendi asciugamani e almeno un armadietto. Lo consiglierei.
