"Very nice room. Young nice staff. Great breakfast. Great location. Really nice zen luxury hotel. Having the swim out room was very useful as we could lay out with easy access to our room. Only complaints: The pillows are ridiculous (bad). The breakfast is great but you are always waiting for coffee. They should have a self serve area. Access to the hotel by car is a puzzle - but all driving in Zakynthos is a puzzle. Best restaurants: L’ete, and Prosilio."

"The shower drain was flooding. Informed the management about it couple of times and was told it will be fixed but until we checked out days later it was still flooding up to the ankles which very inconvenient. Maybe that was the way things are or thats the way it is. But that is kinda gross showering and the water is just rising up to your ankles as you finish showering. Either way, the staff are very nice and friendly."

"Lovely resort. Exactly what we wanted. Breakfast was fantastic. The extra services like the buggy to give you a lift down the hill, receiving water to the room twice each day are great. The staff were so helpful and kind the whole trip. The drainage smelled at points but did not ruin anything for us. Swim up room is amazing and the sun lounger was in the sun until around 1pm each day and then we could move to the main pool if we wanted more sun later in the day. We will definitely return...

"Leuk personeel, erg behulpzaam. Alles in hotel gefocust op Britten. Beetje luid en vervelend volk. Kamers luid en gang ook. Ook een haan in de buurt die 24/7 kraait. Ontbijt ook ingericht voor britten, geen verse ingrediënten of verse bakker. Beetje treurige bedoeling. Verder prima goede vakantie gehad door deze plek te vermijden. Spa was ook te duur voor wat je kreeg. Fotos kamers mooier dan werkelijk. Oja ook die sulfur rotte eieren geur soms in het water in het hotel."
