The location is the best thing about this place , the beautiful beach is literally a stone’s throw away , stunning food in all directions the lifetime beach bar food is amazing and avli restaurant just around the corner is truly stunning, it’s a basic hotel with a massive comfy bed but the family that run it are so friendly too definitely would go back , well we did it’s our second time and will be going again

Amazing beach hotel

Anetis beach is a wonderful small and friendly beach hotel. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, who was available throughout our stay. We stayed in a standard room on the first floor, which had three single beds and was very spacious, clean, kettle, fridge, great sized bathroom with full bath/over shower and a lovely view of the blue sea. Air con was fantastic given the hot temperature outside. The apartments are in a very central location, close to everything. Attached to the hotel is the Life Time beach bar, with sunbeds on the garden from the third row in from the beach, for hotel guests. They had big umbrellas and very close to the sea. The staff at the beach bar were also so friendly and welcoming. We ate breakfast every morning and can well recommend the Zakynthian breakfast, as it was delicious and great value. The sea on Tsvilivi beach has to be one of the best in Greece. Clear water, soft sand, safe for children and was so warm it was like being in a bath. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay, would most definitely return, recommend and cannot thank Denis and his staff enough, for making our stay such a pleasurable and memorable one!

La struttura è in zona tranquilla ma nei pressi di numerosi servizi. Abbiamo alloggiato nelle stanze a pianoterra. Arredo moderno e molto pulito. Il proprietario è una persona deliziosa. L’ultimo giorno ci ha lasciato la stanza a disposizione oltre orario. La colazione era servita al bar a pochi metri di distanza in riva al mare. I proprietari e i collaboratori sono gentilissimi. L’unico difetto, per noi che ci svegliamo presto, è che la colazione viene servita dalle ore 9. Consiglio la struttura a chi ama tranquillità e pulizia ma non sfarzo.

Très bien accueillis. Toujours présent si besoin le personnel est top ,les chambres du RDC sont propre et récente avec petit salon devant .des restaurants et boutiques partout très agréable.le seul petit point négatif c'est l heure du Petit déjeuner plutôt 9h30 -10 h mais bon c'est les vacances après tous 😁

Good and right by the beach

I didn’t really stay there. It turned to be overbooked and the gentlemen arranged a very nice hotel around the corner for me. He drove me and my luggage to the new hotel.

We have just returned from a week at Anetis room 206, the room looked tired with dated furniture but the beds were very comfortable and we slept well, but they are modernising the rooms so it was pot luck which one we got. We had a sea view and aircon which was most needed. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We only use the room for a base so was fine for us. We would recommend this hotel and it’s perfect for location.

Gem of a hotel

this hotel is a little gem, after being a regular visitor to Zante (and a few other Greek islands) over the last 25 years we have found accomodation that ticks all the boxes. The staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel at ease. We had a safe and air conditioning as well as a fridge and kettle (being typically English I do like my cuppa!). Breakfast was served at the bar and the staff love to amuse the children. Cleaners tended to the rooms daily. We had such fun, will definitely go back.

Camera non confortevole

Ben accolti all’arrivo dal proprietario, molto gentile, che ci ha accompagnati in camera. Molto piccola per tre persone e quasi completamente occupata dai letti. Il bagno poi è il vero capolavoro. Non ha prese d’aria e neanche sistemi di aspirazione. Non c’è una presa elettrica ed il phone funziona solo per pochi secondi poi va in blocco. Di contro la pulizia degli ambienti è discreta. Insomma la struttura è inadeguata.

Excellent hotel in a superb location!

Great holiday! Hotel was fabulous. Cleaned every day & towel & bedding changed every other day- fantastic! Free pick up from & to the airport was an added bonus. Free safety deposit box & air con were great.Situated close to the centre but didn’t hear much noise at all. Beach was literally a stones throw away! Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We loved the hotel ! Everything was clean and the staff very attentive . Dennis transported us to and from the airport which was awesome! I was traveling with 2 15 year old girls and felt safe on the beach and everywhere in the village. This is a family owned hotel and they take great pride in their business.
