"The place was beautiful (way better than a hotel room). The only reason I docked a star was because under a side table on the outside of the kitchen, there were a ton of spider webs and spiders. Spiders freak me out. Luckily my husband easily took care of it. The guest parking sign should be more visible so people dont miss it. Or maybe put some solar lights around it so it stands out in the dark. "

"Our son lives only 4 blocks away, so location was perfect! Also an easy work to downtown or Hyde Park section. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It was especially nice to have a private, well maintained outdoor space since our weather was great. The only area in need of improvement in my opinion was the mattress. It is on the softer side which may be a problem for some people. We slept okay but would have preferred it firmer. That said, I would stay here again...

"Cute, clean, new home in a walkable safe neighborhood. Plenty of space, clean and cozy, clearly not a lived-in home but a rental only. Had everything we needed. Only complaint is the beds were not super comfortable. The typical “20 minutes” to everywhere we wanted to go. "
