"We were checked in quickly, however one of the rooms was so bad (smelled like a dog kennel and wet animal), we asked to be moved to another room. They didn’t have another room. So he said he would do a refund. He did not offer to help finding another room. This was after 10:00pm."

"The front desk person was being rude to the two customers in front of us and not so pleasant with us either. The ac did not work room was hot bathrooms were filthy and when asked if we wanted the bedding for the couch he seemed annoyed."
