An incredible experience in comfort. As always, it is a pleasure staying at this hotel. I come here 4 to 5 times a year, and it truly feels like home. The staff always greets me by first name, which adds such a personal touch. The location is perfect—there is direct access to Hacienda Santa Bárbara shopping center without even stepping outside, and a convenient pedestrian walkway that takes you straight to the charming plaza of Usaquén, filled with incredible restaurants. I highly recommend it for both comfort and convenience and a beautiful neighborhood.
