I had a comfortable stay at this hotel, which is located in a convenient and pleasant area. The bed was very comfortable, the room and overall hotel were clean, and the gym was a great bonus. However, I did experience some issues with service — on three separate occasions, I sat in the lobby to order a drink or coffee, and despite waiting between 15 to 30 minutes, no one attended to me. Aside from that, the stay was enjoyable and the facilities were well maintained.
