It’s a basic hotel no fans or air conditioning in my room so on hot days I open the window and the door. If you’re looking for something for 1 to 3 days or less, then this is the hotel for you. If you don’t need any conveniences, and you’re like hitchhiking or something, then this is the ideal place. For instants, the cable was stretched, thin on channels. There was no CNN.

El personal que atiende es muy servicial, es un lugar tranquilo, puedes salir a comprar cena sin preocupaciones, zona segura. Y el lugar no es lo mas moderno pero es Justo por el precio que se paga, cumple con su objetivo.

En la página con impuesto y demás salía por 84.500 el total con todos los recargos, llego a recepción y me dicen que tengo que cancelar 102.100 después de que en la reservación decía total 84.500 esto me disgustó demasiado entonces no sé quién engaña si el hotel o la página

Buena opción

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, el personal es muy amable, muy atentos y de gran calidad humana. El desayuno es agradable y las camas cómodas. Lo único para mejorar, no hay agua caliente de noche.

Estadio péssima

A estadia foi péssima, começando pelo atendimento dos funcionários. O hotel nao conta com agua quente para banho, o que é o básico para uma estadia. O cafe da manhã é limitado por pessoal com 3 ovos e 2 pães nao podendo repetir. O serviço de translado é pago e bem mais caro, melhor pedir um táxi normalmente pelo app.

You get what you pay for. Correct. Bedsheets were a little stained and general cleanliness wasn't the best. Had to pay for an "Insurance" which I didn't know about and wasn't really explained, but was only 6000COP. The area looks safe and has many food places around.

El hotel es pequeño y muy agradable. Tiene desayuno pero es poco, no se puede repetir el café En el segundo piso llega toda la bulla del primer piso, cuesta dormir tranquilo. Tiene una gran ventaja al salir del aeropuerto en bus sólo camina 100 mts y ya está en el hotel El hotel está en una zona muy segura, hay varios restaurantes, cafeterías, supermercados y excelente servicio de transporte público. Hay dos Centros Comerciales muy cerca Las Américas y la Gran Estación

Mucho ruido en las noches.

Intalaciones en buen estado y limpias, pero el ruido por las noches no es agradable, tienen acceso de personal las 24 horas del día, las empleadas hablan muy fuerte lo que imposibilita el poder descansar. A pesar de que se llamo a la recepción para recibir alguna ayuda, su respuesta fue que no pueden hacer nada.

BUEN HOTEL, PERO COBROS ADICIONALES.

El hotel en términos generales es bueno, la atención es buena y la ubicación es segura, lo que no es bueno y es poco aceptable, son los cobros adicionales (resort +iva) qué genera hospedarse, ya habiendo pagado todo lo que la aplicación general, estos cobros son casi el 40% adicional del valor pagado, y no se especifica o refleja antes de pago total de la reserva.

Súper recomendado, viajamos a Bogota por tema de negocios y fue una experiencia muy agradable. El sector es muy seguro, es un lugar muy acogedor, de ambiente familiar, tranquilo, muy limpio y la atención te hace sentir como en casa, sin duda alguna volveré.
