They will take advantage of expedia's lack of tax payment and calculate it way above what expedia says it is, and they will only accept colombian peso or keep the change if pay with USD. Other than that, it is fine for a one-night connection stop. close to airport, old sheets, nothing but a small soap bar and wifi.

My wife and I arrived late and exausted, we took a car rental at the airport and headed towards this hotel, the streets looked dark and scary around the area no joking, nobody walking around, the hotel is located in the middle of some kind of a lifeless neighbourhood. While I left my wife inside the car with the doors locked and seating on the driver side in case of whatever I knocked the hotel's door for a long, very long while and finally a not so friendly lady opened but she kept me standing by the door, I did ask about parking first of all and she pointed at anywhere on the street because they had no parking at all, I said how could I do that while there were no cars on the streets at all for many blocks around and she expressed that it was not their problem ... I went back to the car and got out of that horrendous place as fast as I could.

Horrible he realizado el pago de el hotel desde otro pais, y luego quieren que se les pague allá en el hotel para robar la gente con la excusa que no encuentran la reserva tengan mucho cuidado y no vallan a ese hotel jamás búsquense otro seguramente si van van a tener problemas

Nunca encontraron mi reserva, le mostré el itinerario entregado por hoteles.com pero su grosería y negatividad a atender mi solicitud me desanimó y la única solución era que pagara la noche de hotel nuevamente y más costosa que en la reserva, camas de mal olor y pésimo servicio.

Terrible este hotel, no lo recomiendo para nada, pague 4 noches y no pude ni pasar 1 entera ahi, al llegar me querian cobrar mas, estaban dizque fumigando y no podia entrar , y el ruido es demasiado, se vende como hotel familiar para descansar pero es un motel donde se escucha a los de al lado teniendo S*x* , no vale la pena.

Solo recomendable para estadias cortas

Para una estadía muy corta (Espera de conexión de vuelo) funciona, queda a 10 min en taxi del aeropuerto. Sin embargo tiene varios puntos a revisar: Tiene mucho ruido, no esta insonorizado, la limpieza es algo cuestionable, las camas están llenas de polvo, y no se parece mucho a las fotos que muestran. El servicio es algo mirar, te cobran 15 mil mas al registrarte.
