"View from balcony of Matterhorn awesome. Pool was enjoyable with all of the spa jets. One very helpful lady at desk. Only negative was walk down Main Street from hotel had bad odors from a sheep pen and trash cans. Not on property but had to pass several times on walk to town."

"5/5 โญ๏ธ This hotel has SO much charm! I cannot recommend it enough. It quickly became one of my new favorite hotels, and I honestly canโt wait to go back. The location is absolutely perfect, you truly canโt beat it. One of my favorite touches was their small electric transport service that can pick you up and drop you off at the train station, so you donโt have to drag your luggage through town. Such a thoughtful and convenient amenity! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. I believe Rachel was the one who helped us at the front desk, and I wish I remembered everyoneโs names because they all deserve a shoutout. The hospitality was exceptional. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Between the charm, location, incredible staff, and overall experience, this hotel was a highlight of our Switzerland trip. I absolutely cannot wait to come back! โค๏ธ"
