"My room was clean and put together. The staff was polite and the breakfast was amazing and very delicious. The out door pool was very clean but I didn't get a chance to go in the pool .I recommend this hotel [embassy suite] to everyone.👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️"

"Me and my cousin came down for Mothers Day weekend; and had a great time. However, this resort nickel and dime you for everything and it was a bit overwhelming. Parking you had to valet and it was $57 a day and you really couldn’t park any where else. Every drink and meal had added service fee and gratuity's added. Our room was nice but it needs a deep cleaning. But overall we had a great time."

The prices at the sister restaurants was also fair I think especially for the area which I loved. We came for a staycation and will definitely return!"

"My daughter and I arrived at the hotel late in the evening and there was no staff physically on site after a certain hour, aside from the valet. Once we got to our room, we immediately felt uncomfortable. The layout was extremely claustrophobic and honestly a little frightening. It appeared that what was once a condo or apartment had been divided into multiple rooms. You had to open one main door that led into a very tiny hallway with two separate rooms inside. The hallway was so narrow that it was difficult to even bring our luggage through comfortably. It honestly did not feel safe or properly designed. Because of how uncomfortable and unsafe we felt, we decided to leave immediately rather than stay the night. What has made the experience even more disappointing is that I purchased insurance and have still been repeatedly told the reservation is nonrefundable despite the circumstances. Very disappointing experience overall, and unfortunately not somewhere I would feel comfortable staying with my child."

"Nice place. Property up keep has gone down since our last visit. We had to call house keeping every day to ask for more towels or coffee because the right amount wouldn’t be left after their visit. There is a 30 minute policy around the pool. If you leave your sun lounger for longer than 30 mins they would take away your items and towels. Whilst I understand this policy, it doesn’t even give you time to get lunch. Which means you have to pay for the very expensive food onsite. "
