"I found this property to be very clean and conveniently located. I would have gladly given it a 5-star review if not for several issues upon arrival. I specifically booked a two double bed suite through Expedia, as that was the deciding factor in choosing this hotel. However, I was given a single king suite instead. "We stayed here the night before a cruise (it's about 30 minutes from the Ft Lauderdale port). The staff was very welcoming, the room was clean, the free breakfast was great, they have many options. I would definitely stay here again! "

"The pool is big enough to swim a short distance. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the ocean, where there are lifeguards and also a restroom. Guests had free use of beach chairs and beach towels. "

"Appalling room conditions. Had been here previously, but this time renovations were underway and I had to change rooms twice just to not a semblance of sanitary conditions. From uncleaned bathroom and bedsheets to floors, the front desk seemed unconcerned that multiple rooms were unkempt. I don’t know what is going on with this hotel but I won’t bother to try another visit and find out further. "

"Staff was unhelpful and contradictory. The property was not well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was not good. Checkout process was confusing as they said contradictory things and then would not be able to help you. They did not have a good working relationship with Expedia and had no knowledge of how to respond to those bookings. "

"Inside of the toilet dirty. Third shift employee was rude. Never was told about construction before check in learned about it by getting in the elevator by a sign. The dust from the construction cause me to have an asthma attack.Was awaken by very loud people talking construction worker then by saws and hammer's. Not to happy. Even closed bedroom door could still hear them. Shouldn't have been told up front about construction. I wouldn't have paid that kind of money during construction. "
