"Initially, the staff were very good and helpful and I even gave an oral review recording letting them know how much we enjoyed our stay.
However, when we informed them upon our last night of stay, and that we will be leaving early in the morning, things being said didn't make sense. They told us that the manager called and said the online price was different than the in house price and that we had to pay the difference. We explained that we should have been informed upon our arrival, not four...

"Overall, very good. Room was comfortable and clean, with a nice view. Bathroom plumbing was typical of mid-range hotel accommodations in the Philippines, which is to say that it falls short of US standards, but was acceptable for a short-term stay. Shopping and restaurants were within easy walking distance from hotel. Airport is about a 20 minute motor tricycle ride, depending on traffic."

"I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and overall had a positive experience, but there are a few significant drawbacks to note.
Cons: The main issue during my stay was the construction noise on the ground, third, and fourth floors. It was quite disruptive, making it hard to relax. Additionally, there was a lot of noise from street traffic, including trikes and motorcycles, which added to the overall disturbance.
Pros: On the upside, the breakfast each morning was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. The housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring my room was always clean and comfortable. I also felt secure during my stay, thanks to the attentive security personnel.
In summary, while the construction noise was a downside, the quality of the breakfast and the service from the staff made my stay enjoyable. If noise isn't a concern for you, this hotel is worth considering."
