This time, there was a cold snap, and there was a little problem with the heater, so the room could have been warmer. "

"The cabin was clean, cozy and provided amenities i did not expect from a rustic cabin. The resort was quiet, peaceful and safe. Checking in and out or even asking questions was a bit confusing as there was never anyone in the store/front desk to assist even tho it says open from noon-8, you're just instructed to go to the bar which doesn't open until 11:30am. Check out is 11am tho so i just left the keys on the desk. "

"This was our second stay at the Radisson in Scranton, and it’s quickly become our go-to whenever we’re in the area. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are consistently clean, and room-service breakfast in bed was amazing. Mitchell went above and beyond — super pleasant and incredibly helpful, especially during a busy check-in rush. The only downside is the pillows, which are a bit small and left me with a stiff neck, but if that’s my biggest complaint, it’s a minor one! Overall, another...

"What a surprise! I thought I was renting a hotel room, but it turned out to be a Bed and Breakfast in a brand new building, with friendly hosts and an excellent, large, and clean room on the 3rd floor. I won't even mention the sauna, jacuzzi, fireplace, and buffet with hot and cold drinks (all included). I highly recommend it!"
