"I'm going back to the Marriott. Tried the Hilton because of special rate. The paper thin walls, combined with what were likely inexperienced and/or disrespectful guests, the first night was a stream of banging doors, loud people and music/TVs. Had I not used my White Noise app, I would have gotten no sleep. Morning breakfast was confusing. I could have sworn the reservation said free breakfast, but that was for regular Hilton guests with points. The server in the breakfast area was working as hard as she could to do her job with cook-to-order items and get them out quickly despite impatient guests. The coffee was great. The maid service was nothing more than making the bed. No replenishment of coffee, towels, etc. The microwave didn't work unless you unplugged and replugged. The trash cans outside entrance and exit doors were overflowing. Couldn't access the pool with room key. I'm going back to the Marriott."
"The worst place I have ever stayed, the room was disgusting, very dirty every where, caked on dust on all the surfaces, pictures, etc. Microwave was nasty, TV and stand very dusty, towels, washcloths, and sheets had black stains on them. Toilet had black mold all under the rim, shower and shower curtain looked as though hadn't been cleaned in ages, floor was nasty too and roach was climbing up the wall, cob webs hanging from the ceiling.
I asked for a different room and that one was just as bad, accept it was suppose to be a non-smoking and all I could smell was a very smoked in room, not healthy for my lungs. I asked for something different, they said they had nothing available, but said they would give me back my money so I could go else where, but when I said, yes do that, the management said that was not possible.
The property was not kept up either, very disappointing to say the least. Very poorly managed, sad!!
I was in town for a family funeral and that was sad enough to experience, then to experience the motel was just awful!!"
"Nothing wrong with this hotel but nothing great about it either . The hot breakfast is decent ; the coffee is not very good . The rooms are big but they need a update to make them more modern . And the hotel is close to everything . "
