"Beautiful room with super comfy beds. Quiet. Only issue was it was a handicapped room, yet the toilet was super low and had NO grab bar for elderly mother to pull up on. I scooted a small storage cube from under the sink area and managed to squeeze it in by the toilet and shower stall. It worked. But I would surely expect a handicap room to have a comfort height toilet with nearby grab bars. We also had a lovely light breakfast of yogurt, fruit and Starbucks. Very luxurious stay."

"After not staying in a hotel for a few years, I was absolutely thrilled with this hotel. Wonderfully clean and comfortable. I would stay again. Also want to give a shout out to the wonderful,helpful desk clerk that was there Saturday evening and Sunday morning. I'm sorry I don't remember his name, but you should reward and appreciate an employee that kind and so very good at his job. "

"5 Stars: This Hampton Inn is beautiful - immaculate and very well maintained inside, including the room, bathroom, pool, hot tub, and dining area. The exterior is beautifully landscaped. Parking was plentiful. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Free breakfast was good. Housekeeping staff were also very good. Very highly recommend this hotel, and we will certainly stay here the next time we are in Asheville."

"New hotel with nicely appointed amenities and furnishings. Small complaints; this is the 2nd new Marriott property we've stayed at with no bathroom exhaust fanss or night lights. Also, daily maid service only supplied 1 caffeinatd coffee to a suite with 2 beds and two people."
