"Initially when we reviewed the pictures of this property it really looked good! The packing lot area looked very clean and the picture of the bedroom looked nice! But once we walked into our room # 109 it was a total disaster! The room has a closed up / mold smell and the carpet is very dirty, both of the windows curtains didn’t close properly and there is a cold air draft along the floor area, I did notice form along the entire baseboard area of the room. "The room smell like cigarettes and for a non-smoking room it was very, very strong My grandkids had a problem sleeping in there because it was too much of stale cigarettes"

"We was pretty shocked when I got into the room. First thing I did was went into the bathroom, someone had used it without flushing,let that slide. Went to get ready for bed, there was pubic hair in the sheets,the blankets had cigarette burns and it smelled of old cigarettes. Yes I probably should've figured for the price but damn. Have some pride in your business."
