"The room was most certainly clean. It was also a decent size. No complaints there. And we were only there for a single night. However, the place is just a patchwork of bad repairs on an old property. The bathroom was not good, though everything worked. I’m just surprised, and disappointed Expedia has them on their site."

"The ground of the property looks well kept however, the inside looks dark with unpleasant odor. When I rang the door bell the hosts opened the door and I didn't feel welcome. She didn't introduce herself, after a while having conversation with her I had to asked for her name. She didn't tell me where to park but she told me not to park in her parking. I left the property and didn't stay there. I went and find another bed and breakfast that I felt welcome and safe."

"This was the perfect hotel for our Cooperstown All-Star dreams park trip. We were two adults and had a room with a king bed and pull out couch. Our son slept there the first and last night of our trip and said the bed was comfortable. The room is right next to the elevator, but it was very quiet except for the last night. "It's perfect for couples! The cabin was adequately stocked and you truthfully need to only come with yourself. I do wish the cabins were a bit more spaced out from each other but other than that I couldn't have asked for a better way to spend my birthday weekend. The location is close enough to civilization to not feel too lost in the woods. I am definitely going to book again and will be recommending this place to anyone who will listen!!"

"Beautiful property with amazing view close to ski area and hiking trails. Lovely owner who took excellent care of me on my stay. Was able to switch my second night reservation from another of the owner's property back to the bnb without any problem. Quiet.
