"This was a gem. In an area where most of the hotels are old and tired, this was new and clean and the staff was unbelievably nice."

"Request accessible room w/ 2 queen beds, said was available when booked , when checked in did have room didn’t tell me then went to front desk only had single bed room ended up taking room with out accessible, almost fell using bathroom couldn’t take shower as tub wasn’t accessible. Very disappointed in Hilton, cause usually accommodate the need even buffet breakfast was not great food was cold not much to offer but staff was ok"
