"Check in at the hotel was far to slow it took 50 minutes and started the experience off on the wrong foot however the young girl was very polite but just needed help. Surely the management must realise at check-in time they are going to be flooded with guests arriving and it wouldn't take much to put a few added employees at the desk for that initial hour. Overall the hotel was good and had no other issues."

"The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast at the restaurant next-door was not very good at all. We noticed some of the plates were not clean.It’s hard to wash your face when you have very hot water coming out of one faucet and very cold coming out of another, so I think the plumbing needs to be updated. It would’ve been helpful to have a soap dish of some sort in the shower to put my own products on rather than putting them on the floor."

"I had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Milton Keynes. The room was a good size, very quiet, clean and comfortable, with a large, comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom stocked with good-quality products. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice to suit everyone. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, an excellent hotel and a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!"

"Friendly staff, comfy bed, great breakfast. I personally didn’t like the smell of the shower gel (lavender type smell) but other than that it was great. Staff were lovely and really helpful. Stayed while a festival was on so was very busy and although some food did run out at breakfast time as soon as it was mentioned to staff they replenished it straight away and were so helpful. Great vibes. Would definitely stay again"

"Front desk staff Bobby was very helpful during check in and throughout our stay. Mandy and Karen in the restaurants were amazing as we had the pleasure of seeing them daily, made of feel very welcome. The chefs made breakfast, lunches and evening dinners very nicely, and the food was all top shelf. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay, and would definitely stay at your location when we are next in Milton Keynes"

"The bedroom is fine until you open the bathroom door, then it’s like stepping back to the 1970s! So dated! The hair dryer is sticky to handle. No soundproofing. Doors slam constantly. Breakfast is poor quality with awful coffee. Used to be better when stayed last year. Too much cost cutting will be its demise!"

"Beautiful Property, but the Executive Room Was a Disappointment
I recently stayed here for the weekend for my partner’s birthday. The property itself sits on a beautiful piece of land, and the building is genuinely impressive. The staff were also very pleasant, friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, the room and overall experience did not live up to expectations, particularly considering the price I paid for the Executive Room.
We are in the middle of summer, and the weather...

"We had a beautiful view of the lake. The rooms were nice. The on-site restaurant/ bar were closed down. There were a few other food and drink options nearby (walking distance).
