"Everything"

"Bathrooms were clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were hooks to hang the wet towels and plenty of space to place all my bags without having to put them on the floor. Felt safe with the gated parking and front doors lock after hours with key access only. Nothing was broken in the room and the beds were extremely comfortable with firm and soft pillow options. Breakfast was good with a lot of options and the flavor of the coffee hit the spot. I will be staying here...

"The staff was very friendly during check-in. However, I experienced an issue with the shower, as the water was not draining properly. I was informed that there is no maintenance staff available after 6 p.m., so I had to wait until the next day for assistance."

"The stay was overall okay. Not the best hotel we've stayed at. It was maintained just enough to make it seem presentable. The faucet in the bathroom sink was too close to the sink making it hard to wash our hands. The carpet was dirty. The AC was not throwing enough cold air. The walls in the bathroom had mold. Room did feel musty. Would not book here again for the price"

"The hotel was minutes away from the airport, which was very convenient for us. Many restaurants and stores nearby. The property was clean, and the staff were all nice. Plenty of free parking space. We will definitely be staying here again whenever we come back to San Antonio."

"Not a great place. Left a day early and ate the charge for my second night due to no refund policy. Room had mold in bathroom, was quiet when I got there but then kept being woken up by people slamming adjacent doors all through the night, someone hit my door in middle of night, location was sketchy. Plumbing from rooms above echoed in room when someone would flush. Overall pretty horrible"

When we left, I told the desk that when we returned it would be after midnight and they made a note of it. The day of our second stay, I called in the middle of the day to check my reservation and remind them that I was going to be very late.
