"Some people complained the rooms were very nice but very small and no elevator so for seniors and people with mobility issues there arent many accessible rooms on the main floor.They did give us an accessible room close to Lobby which was huge and lovely.We attended a wedding and the meal was excellent."

The buffet breakfast was very good and staff ensured that all choices were available up until cut-off time (even better than some well-known hotel chains I have stayed at). In terms of public transport, buses were available within a 5-10 min walking distance depending on which location you were travelling to."

"We booked three suites as we were meeting up with three families, two families with children. The grandchildren had a wonderful time in the pool both the evening and following morning after breakfast. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and was not busy when we were there. The receptionist was very kind when checking in. Would stay again."

"Our room was clean and very very spacious. And the bathroom was kept neat and tidy. Our room had a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee machine. Breakfast was ok. As for the $300 damage deposit that everyone is talking about, if you pay it with debit (maybe with cash too), they will do a 10-minute room inspection upon checkout while you wait in the lobby. Then they will refund the money instantly back to the same card that you used. That being said, they will need your physical debit card to...

"Awful experience. Rooms haven’t been cleaned since the 90’s. Filthy floors, filthy furniture. Staff lying saying “no rooms available”. TVs didn’t work in two rooms. Crack addicts and alcoholics hovering in the parking lot. In the morning I got kicked out - they claim they are “fumigating” the motel for bedbugs. (AKA World Cup in a few days and pricing increasing). Never got the “free wifi” code either. Fridge was warm, maybe not even plugged in. The showers were scalding hot, to freezing cold....

"Hotel was fine and clean but have no amenities. I asked for a crib weeks in advance and hotel confirmed the request. Then they said they didn’t even have cribs when I arrived. Later on they claimed “another family had it”. It was a random weekday - it was not busy. Long term parking is terrible. You have to drive your car to a park and ride lot basically and they drive you back to the hotel. Not ideal. If id known this, I would have booked a different hotel and just used a park and ride lot."
